UK Standard Delivery
Orders placed Mon-Fri will be dispatched within 48 hrs and will arrive in 2-3 business days.

UK Premium Next Day Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday

WorldWide Delivery
Minimum spend £50. Frozen items are not available for Worldwide delivery and it takes 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping cost is weight based and will apply in Check out
All frozen items are delivered via next day delivery. If an order contains frozen items and other non frozen items, your order may arrive on two separate dates, except same day or next day delivery is required for the entire order.
Please Note: We rely on our couriers and other third party courier services such as DHL, UPS, Hermes, Royal Mail, and Parcelforce depending on the type of order made.

We’re taking the following steps to help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and most importantly to keep you and all our employees safe.
- Our Local fulfilment team have been provided with alcohol hand gel/sanitisers, masks and all necessary training, tools & cleaning materials to ensure every order is packed with care.
- We will prepack orders into carrier bags to allow a quick, easy and contactless deliveries where applicable.
- To keep everyone safe our delivery team will maintain at least a 1-metre distance at all times.
