This policy applies to all purchases made through Afrobasket Foods online. If your items were purchased from one of our retail outlets, you may have additional return rights.
We are committed to delivering our products in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund on most products, provided it falls within the applicable cancellation period.
Return Periods & Conditions
- Non-edible grocery products: You have 28 days to return items if you change your mind.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Refundable Items (Unless Faulty)
The following items are non-refundable unless they are faulty:
- Frozen, smoked, or perishable goods
- Baby food
- Magazines (if the seal is broken)
- Top-ups and scratch cards (non-refundable under any circumstances)
