Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be sent to customers.

Changed my mind, can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the sensitive nature of the business and putting the health & safety of all our customers at utmost importance, we offer a no returns/exchange policy on Perishable foods such as frozen items/farm produce. Other Items can be returned in the original condition within 14 days of receiving the item. The cost of posting an unwanted item will be upon the customer. We reserve the right to reject an unwanted item if not sent in the original condition. Please send us an email to contactus@afrobasket.co.uk and ensure you have a photo of your receipt for posting and packaging.

I received my item damaged?

Please send us an email to contactus@afrobasket.co.uk with relevant information such as, your order number, photograph of the damaged item and we will aim to provide you with a suitable replacement. Where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Complaint about your order?

Can I cancel or amend my order?
